Clinical Trial Supply China is a two-day, single-track conference run by Arena International Events Group, now in its second annual iteration. It draws roughly 150 delegates to the Renaissance Suzhou Hotel in Suzhou to cover the investigational product supply chain for China-based trials. The agenda spans temperature-controlled distribution, intelligent cold chain systems, comparator drug sourcing, cell and gene therapy logistics, ADC and bi-specific antibody trial supply, and import-versus-domestic localization strategy.
For a cold chain professional the sessions map directly onto how temperature-sensitive investigational medicinal products are stored, imported and distributed within China, including GDP-aligned handling and cold chain for cell/gene and ADC material. It is one of the few China-specific forums where clinical supply cold chain practice, comparator import routes and localization trade-offs are worked through with local operators and regulators present, making it a place to calibrate depot, packaging and monitoring strategy for the market.
The organiser states roughly 80% of attendees are C-suite level. In practice the room is clinical supply chain and logistics directors, procurement and comparator sourcing leads, and quality and regulatory specialists from trial sponsors, CROs, CDMOs and clinical sites, alongside depot, packaging and cold chain service providers selling into the China clinical market.
