The 14th annual Nordic edition of Arena International's Outsourcing in Clinical Trials franchise, co-located with its Clinical Trial Supply and Medical Devices streams under one roof at the Clarion Hotel & Congress Copenhagen Airport. It runs a two-day, multi-stream agenda spanning trial outsourcing, clinical operations and supply-chain management for roughly 400 attendees. The Clinical Trial Supply track is the cold-chain-relevant portion, covering IRT, supply resilience, pharma air freight and packaging.
The Clinical Trial Supply sessions are where Nordic sponsors and CROs work through the practical problem of getting temperature-sensitive investigational product to sites — supply-chain resilience under disruption, using IRT to cut supply risk, and compliance in pharma air freight. Packaging adoption, cost-versus-quality trade-offs and real-time responsiveness are debated by the teams that actually run these supply chains. For a cold-chain professional it is a small, senior room rather than a trade floor.
Attendees are pharmaceutical, biotech and medical-device professionals from the Nordic region — clinical operations, outsourcing and clinical supply/logistics functions — alongside CROs and specialist supply-service providers. The audience is delegate-scale (around 400) and function-specific rather than a broad exhibition crowd. Technology and logistics vendors sponsor and speak alongside sponsor-side supply and outsourcing leads.
