FRUIT LOGISTICA is the fresh-produce sector's principal annual trade fair, held at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds since 1993. The 2027 edition fills roughly 25 halls with 2,500-plus exhibitors from more than 90 countries, spanning growers, packers, equipment makers, and logistics providers under its 'point of seed to point of sale' remit. Transport, cold storage, and perishables handling occupy a dedicated logistics segment within the show.
Fresh produce is among the highest-volume temperature-controlled cargo moving through reefer, air, and cold-store networks, and this is where the buyers, forwarders, and equipment vendors that handle it convene. Packaging, temperature-monitoring, and cold-storage suppliers use the fair to launch product, and procurement and logistics arrangements for the coming season are set on the floor.
Attendance is trade-only: importers, exporters, retail and wholesale buyers, and category managers, alongside logistics, cold-chain, packaging, and monitoring suppliers serving the produce trade. Seniority skews to commercial and supply-chain decision-makers from growers, marketers, and distributors.
