THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2027

THAIFEX – Anuga Asia is the region's largest annual F&B trade fair, co-organised by Koelnmesse and Thailand's DITP; the 2026 edition drew roughly 3,590 exhibitors and over 94,000 trade visitors from 148 countries across about 140,000 m². It bundles nine sector shows spanning meat, seafood, frozen & chilled, foodservice, packaging technology and retail/franchise under one roof. The 2027 edition is its next installment, held again at IMPACT.

For a cold chain professional the pull is the perishables trade itself: importers, frozen/chilled processors and foodservice buyers negotiate supply here, and the food-logistics and packaging halls surface reefer, cold-storage and monitoring vendors serving Southeast Asian distribution. It is a primary read on ASEAN perishable-goods sourcing and the temperature-controlled handling requirements attached to it.

The floor is food importers/exporters, manufacturers, foodservice and retail buyers and distributors, plus the logistics, packaging and equipment suppliers serving them; the visitor base is heavily Thai and pan-Asian with 148 countries represented in 2026. Seniority runs from owner-operator SME founders to category buyers at large retail and foodservice chains.
